New students are welcome to join at any time. Session fees will be pro-rated.
New class requests are welcome!

- As a courtesy to other students, please arrive on time for your class
- No admittance more than 10 minutes after classes begin
- New students should arrive at least 10 minutes early
|
- Yoga mats and props are available for sale at the studio
- Wear comfortable, light clothing, and bare feet
- Try not to eat heavily before your class
- Please refrain from wearing heavy fragrances
