We'll help you understand your body's signals, and teach you to safely tailor your practice to your own specific needs. Yoga Basics/Level 1
Suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, this class provides a wonderful introduction to the basic principles and practices of yoga! Learn the physical alignment of basic yoga poses, how to move with the breath, and begin to enjoy the amazing stress-relieving benefits of this ancient practice. A great stretch for yogis of all levels looking to increase flexibility, tone the body and manage stress, all in one great class!
Level 1-2
Advance your yoga practice through more subtle refinement of familiar poses and continued work with the breath. Explore more advanced postures, inversions, and vinyasa (flowing from pose to pose with the breath). Poses can be adapted to make the practice less or more challenging. Not suitable for beginners.
