Anything you can learn in a studio, you can also learn at home, at work, or at a time that's more convenient for you. We offer Yoga and Meditation. All levels of practitioner - from absolute beginner to advanced - are welcome. We also vary the level of class intensity to suit your needs; everything from gentle/restorative to athletically vigorous.
Private lessons and group private lessons are the fastest growing trend at Village Yoga. Our amazing team of experienced, certified faculty members will effectively and happily teach classes specifically designed for your needs. We come to you or you come to us; whichever makes the most sense for your busy life!
