Our Therapeutic Yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to honour bodies that are aging, injured, have disease, repetitive strain, or pain. We modify poses and movement to keep you safe, while helping you become more comfortable, strong and mobile. You enjoy all the benefits of classic yoga, while also respecting your unique physical needs.
